Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients
1 orange1 apple1 mango1banana3/4 c cubed pineapple3 tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
Freeze banana and pineapple pieces ahead of time ( I always keep peeled bananas and cubed pineapples in my freezer for smoothies). Add orange, apple & mango cut up in blender. Put the frozen fruit on top. Add ground flaxseed. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy.
