Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 ozBeef broth, bouillon, consomme, 6 cupV8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 32 ozStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 4 CupOnions, raw, 2 cup, choppedCabbage, fresh, 10 cup, shreddedMinute Rice, 2 cup
Directions
In a slow cooker mix the beef, broth, vegetable juice, tomatoes, onion and cabbage

cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours

before serving stir in the rice and cover and let the soup sit for 5 minutes.
