1 block extra firm tofu1 onion diced1 green pepper diced1 roasted red pepper diced1 cup hash browns- cooked separately added at end.75 cup black beans added at end
Directions
saute onions and peppers til soft
add drained & diced tofu & cook through
in separate pan cook frozen hash browns
add black beans and hash browns til heated
