healthy homemade maple granola

Ingredients
Chia Seeds 1 cupPumpkin Seeds .75 cupAlmonds slivered 1 cupHemp hearts 1 cupBran Buds 1.25 cupOats 1 cupCacao Nibs .5 cupFlax seed .75 cupcinnamon 1 tbspmaple syrup .66 cupcanola oil .20 cup
Directions
gently warm maple syrup and oil in a saucepan. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. stir the warmed syrup into the dry mix and make sure the syrup is evenly distributed. divide mix onto two baking sheets, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees F. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks or freeze for 2-3 months.

Best enjoyed on top of plain yogourt for a healthy snack!
