Jim and Angel's Chicken Flat Bread Pizza

1 Flatout sun dried tomato flat bread1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce1/2 Jalapeno pepper1/2 Cup PictSweet seasoned Blend (Frozen Onions and Pepper)3oz of Boneless skinless chicken breast1oz Cabot Seriously sharp cheddar cheese1/2 stick of string cheese
Grill the chicken and the seasoning blend together on a griddle if you have one or you can use a LARGE skillet. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from griddle or skillet and set aside. Clean out the griddle or skillet and allow to cool. Place the flat bread on griddle or skillet and cover evenly with ***sauce.
next, spread the chicken and seasoning blend evenly, then add the grated cheese. turn the griddle to medium high heat and cover with a foil 13*9 cake pan, if your using a skillet, cover with lid. Cook about 6 to 9 minutes or until flat bread starts to stiffen around the edges.
Serving Size: One Pizza is One Serving!
