Cinnamon Roll Protein Waffles

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs1/2 cup Oat Flour 1/2 cup123 Gluten-free Pancake Mix1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 t Salt1/2 cup /1.75 scoops MaxPro Protein Powder, (cinnamon roll)Applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cup1/2 cup almond breeze unsweetend almond milk2 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Seperate the eggs. Wisck whites to stiff peaks. Combine dry ingrediants. Add yolks, applesauce and milk- stir until combined. Fold in egg whites.

Grease hot waffle iron with coconut oil, add batter and cook until brown and crispy!

Makes 6-8 waffles depending on the size of the waffle iron.
