Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Zucchini, pureed1 cup Almond Milk or Cow Milk2 tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Apple Sauce1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened2 cups Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1 tsp Salt
Directions
Puree zucchini. Combine all wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients separately. Combine all wet and dry ingredients in a mixer. Add pureed zucchini. Pour batter into lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
