Flax Carrot Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
So when searching for some of the ingredients the quantities already put into spark were weird - here is the normal persons measures..........1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flax1/2 cup oat bran2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder3 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp allspice1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp fine sea salt1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, plain1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)1 cup egg beaters1 cup raisins2 medium carrots shredded (about 1 cup)2 Tbsp lite coconut milk1/2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, in no particular order - and spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and enjoy!!!
