Ingredients
1/2 cup Quick Oatmeal1/2 cup Greek Plain Yogurt 0%1/2 cup low fat ( any Flavor) yogurt1.5 cups Skim or 1% Milk 1/2 cup Blackberries1/2 cup Blueberries1/2 cup Raspberries5-6 large strawberries2 small bananasPut all the Ingredients in the blander the night before. Let the oat meal sit in the milk over night then it is not gritty. You can use frozen or fresh fruits. If you find it is sour you can a bit of sugar or sweetener.
