sausage kale soup

Ingredients
12 oz. Jones all natural original pork sausagered pepper flakes to tasteblack pepper to tasteItalian seasoning to taste8 C chicken broth (organic and/or low sodium)Kohlrabi - 2 peeled & cut into thin bite-size squares2 - 3 C Kale (washed & ripped into bite size pieces)
Directions
Brown the sausage & crumble. Season with the red pepper flakes, black pepper & Italian seasoning. While that is cooking, boil the kohlrabi in the chicken broth until soft. Add the sausage when it is cooked thoroughly. Just before serving, add the kale & let it soften just a little.
