Double Chocolate Bread Pudding

2 tbsp butter3 oz of a baguette8 slices of cinnamon raisin bread.75 cups Hershey chocolate syrup3 eggspinch of nutmeg1/2 cup chocolate chipspinch of kosher salt.5 tsp ground cinnamon4 tbsp brown sugar2 cups skim milk
Heat oven to 350. Prepare bottom and sides of baking dish with butter. In large bowl add bread chunks along with chocolate chips sprinkled over top. Toss gently and pour into prepared dish making sure chocolate chips don't settle on bottom.
In a large bowl whist eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate syrup and salt. Allow to rest 10 minutes; then press down again.
Bake uncovered until edges are brown and center springs back when touched (45-60 minutes). All to cool and settle about 30 minutes. Cut into squares Serve with Bourbon Whipped Cream.
