Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1 tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Chopped Garlic2 tbl Chopped Italian Parsley1 lb Uncooked ShrimpFreshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and parsley. Cook for 30 seconds,
being careful not to brown the garlic. Toss in the shrimp, stirring constantly until the shrimp turn
pink and opaque. Season with pepper before serving.
