Gluten Free Ranger Cookies

Ingredients
1.5 cups palm sugar1 cup butter2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon baking soda.5 teaspoon salt2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Mix2 cups gluten free rice crispies1 cup unsweetened coconut1.5 cups gluten free oatmeal1 bag dark chocolate chips
Directions
cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Add soda, salt, flour and mix. Add coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chips, rice crispies and mix. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
