Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed1 10oz can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 10 oz can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cheddar Soup1 10 oz can of Mild Enchilada Sauce, can use medium or hot if you prefer1 1/2 c. reduced sodium chicken broth1 tsp chili power or more if you desire extra heat1 tsp cuminCracked black pepper to tasteFrank's Red Hot Sauce to tasteLow fat Sharp Cheddar cheeseDaisy Light Sour CreamBite size tortilla chips or tortilla stripsScallions, chopped, 1TBS
Add all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set for 8 hours or so until the chicken is fully cooked and falling apart. Remove the chicken, shred and return to the slow cooker. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Garnish with cheddar cheese, 1 TBS. sour cream and a 1 TBS of tortilla chips or strips. Add scallions also if desired.
