SUGAR FREE BANANA MUFFINS

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) *Canola Oil, 0.33 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Pineapple Juice, 0.5 cup Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Beat together mashed banana, oil, eggs and juice until creamy. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spoon batter into oiled and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Spread batter evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
