Chicken Tenders

4 Chicken Breasts1 cup Flour2 Large Eggs4 cups crushed Saltine Crackers1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp BasilCooking Spray
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Cut the thawed chicken breasts in strips about 1"x3" pieces.
Put Flour in a bowl, set aside.
Mix eggs in another bowl, set aside.
Mix crushed crackers, garlic powder, and basil in another bowl and set aside.
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then coat in egg mixture and then in spiced saltine crumbs. Press the saltine cracker crumbs into chicken to ensure adhesion.
Spray each piece of chicken with cooking spray on a cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Flip pieces, spray with cooking spray and cook for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Makes Serves 6-8 servings (3-4 pieces each)
No need to salt.
