Ingredients
2 cups Cabbage1 Can diced tomatoes with herbs1 lb lean ground beef1/4 cup chopped mushrooms & onions1/2 cup frozen veggies of your choiceGarlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Rough chopp all of the fresh ingredients
Brown the lean ground beef - spice after 2 minutes
Add onions and mushrooms when almost done
Add the tomatoes and boil to reduce liquid by half
At the same time boil the cabbage until tender but not mushy
Drain the cabbage and put back in the pot on the bunner to drain off remaining mositure.
Add the cabbage and frozen veggies to the tomatoe meat mixture and cook 2 more minutes.
