Honey Maid Graham Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 c. graham cracker crumbs0.25 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 c. milk1 egg, lightly beaten2 tbsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Stir in milk, egg and honey just until moistened.
Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
Makes 12 servings, 1 muffin each.
