Kasha Casserole

Ingredients
4 Cups of cooked buckwheat3 Tbsp vegetable oil1 Cup of minced onion300 g ground beef2 eggs150 g sour cream150 g cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the onion in the oil. Add ground beef and cook until fully cooked. In a greased casserole dish, place 1/2 of the buckwheat and spread it until even. Add meat mixture. Cover with the rest of the buckwheat. Combine sour cream and egg and whisk together. Pour this over the casserole. Use a fork to help to get it down into the kasha. Top with the grated cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese on top is melted and golden.
