pork with red wine gravy

Ingredients
1 2lb pork loin1/4 tbsp salt, pepper1 sm onion2 cup red wine1 pkg brown gravy mix
Directions
bake a 2 lb pork loin at 350 for 45 min, with salt, pepper, onion and 2 cups red wine in a baking pan.

remove meat, add in brown gravy mix to red wine, simmer to thicken. pour over meat, serve with baked potatoes
