Instant Oatmeal (Nearly any variety of plain oatmeal will do)1 small banana1 small apple2 tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter (any brand will do, but Smuckers Organic is a healthier choice than regular peanut butter.
Prepare 1 serving of instant oatmeal according to package instructions. (Leave out butter or sugar if included in package instructions.)
Cut banana and apple into small slices or cubes, and add to already prepared oatmeal.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
Serves 1.
