Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 Head Cauliflower (tops only - no stem)3 Bunches of Broccoli (just use the tops - equal to the head of cauliflower)1 medium red onion (minced)1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled1 1/2 cup mayo1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix final 3 ingredients in small bowl.
Chill.
Do not combine all ingredients until just before serving.
Stir to combine & serve.
