2 eggs1/2 cup PC CHocolate Soymilk light2/3 cup pumpkin puree1 banana - extra ripe1/4 cup molasse2 teaspoons baking powder1 tsp cider spice3 cups Old fashion Quaker Oatmeal dry (not instant)
Combine above ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
