Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients

One bag medium cooked shrimp, remove tailsOne cucumber dicedOne tomato dicedOne onion dicedTwo lemons squeezedPinch of diced fresh cilantroDash of saltMinced garlic
Warm frozen shrimp and remove tails.
Cut shrimp into desired sizes cubes, I usually dice into quarters.
DIce and add cucumber after peeling
Dice and add onion
Dice and add tomato
Cut up fresh cilantro and add a good sized picch
Dice and minch fresh garlic and add a dash of salt or use garlic salt pinch
Squeze two lemons and get all juice into mixture
Let chill and sit in fridge for a few hours and eat and enjoy.
*I also sometimes add avacado squares and use either chips for dipping, eat as a soup, or enjoy a full bowl as a meal but great for picnics!
