Honey Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
BATTER1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (chunked)Oil (for frying)4 T Cornstarch1/4 C Flour1 t B Powder1/2 C Water1/2 t Salt1 Egg1 Egg WhiteSAUCE1 1/2 T Vegetable Oil2 t Ginger (minced)3 T Garlic (minced)1 t Salt3 T Honey1 t Rice Wine Vinegar1/2 C Water1 t Cornstarch (mix w/1 t water)2.5 T Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Directions
1. Mix all batter ingredients in large bowl & let sit 30 minutes.
2. Add Chicken chunks to batter to coat.
3. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
4. Fry chicken for 2 minutes until batter becomes firm.
5. Heat Oil in wok.
6. Add Garlic & Ginger and stir for 30 seconds.
7. Add Salt, Honey, Vinegar & Water, mix well.
8. Add Cornstarch & Water mixture & simmer 2 minutes.
9. Coat fried Chicken with sauce & garnish with sesame seeds.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings.
