Seasoned Chicken Breast

Ingredients
One Chicken breast1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tsp Italian Seasoning1 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Garlic salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together the olive oil and spices
Coat the chicken on both sides with the mixture
Heat "oven safe" frying pan on stove. Slightly brown the chicken on both sides and then immediately put into oven for about 25-30 minutes.
