Kiwi- 3 medium,without skin.Apples- 2.5 medium applesBlueberries- fresh or frozen, 1/4 cup.Chia seeds- 2 Tbs.Dry seed.Add last.
Prepare fruit by washing. Place fruit in juicer to extract. Add Chia seed to mixture only when drinking immediatly as they will expand. Mix well.Chill to taste.
