Ground Turkey Salisbury Steak with mushroom sauce

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 21 oz Bread, white (white bread), .50 cup, crumbs Egg white, fresh, 1 large Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium Tomato Paste 2 T Vinegar, Red Wine 1TspFrench's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Ground Mustard 1 tspVegetable Broth, 2 cup Better than Bouillon beef, 2 tspFlour 2 TAvocado or Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp
Saute onions
Mix together ground turkey, sauteed onions, egg, egg whites, bread crumbs, and 1/4 cup of vegetable broth mixture.
Pat mixture into 6 patties.
Heat oil in pan and add patties and brown thoroughly on all sides.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and saute until golden
Mix together remaining vegetable broth with flour and mix until smooth.
Add tomato paste, mustard, vinegar, and worchestershire sauce to the broth and mix well.
Add patties back to pan and cover with broth.
Cook on low for 20 minutes.
Serve with brown rice
