Chickpea Quinoa Pineapple Burgers

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupCurry powder, .5 tsp Garlic powder, .5 tsp*Adobo Powder, 1 tspOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup*4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, 0.66 cup *Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 1 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place chickpeas, milk, and spices in food processor, pulse until pureed. Stir in onions quinoa and breadcrumbs, form into 6 patties.

heat a pan over medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil pan fry patties until gold brown on each side . Remove and then stir fry pineapple.

Serve in a hamburger roll with pineapple.
