Crispy Tilapia

Ingredients
3 lbs Tilapia fillets, about 10Flour for dusting fish1 Egg1/2 C Buttermilk1/2 C Flour1/2 C Yellow Cornmeal (or Panko Crumbs)saltPepper1/2 t Baking Soda1/2 t Baking Powder2 T Old Bay SeasoningCanola oil, to cover bottom of large pan
Directions
Lightly dust fillets with flour. Mix egg with buttermilk in sided dish (pie plate). In another dish combine flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder and Old Bay seasoning. Dip floured fish into egg then flour mixture. Heat oil on med-high in large non-stick pan. Fry 2 minutes per side. Do in several batches.
