Mixed Berry Cheesecake Smoothie

1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese1/2 cup vanilla almond milk2 packets no calorie sweetener (optional)2 cups frozeb mixed berries, slightly thawed1/3 scoop protein powder (see note below)1/2 cup cold water

2 cups frozeb mixed berries, slightly thawed

1/2 cup cold water
Combine cottage cheese, almond milk and optional sweetener in blender. Blend til smooth
Gradually add in frozen mixed berries til mostly smooth
Combine protein powder and water in a separate container. Mix until smooth and lump free. Slowly add in to blender.
Blend on high until fluffy and frothy
Makes 2, 10 ounce servings
