Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 18 ouncesAlmonds, .25 cup, slivered *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbspGREEN ONION .25 cup, slicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices*Asian Toasted Sesame Kraft Dressing, Light, 4 tbsp *Spenda (packet), 2 serving *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp*Diamond Kosher Salt (1 tsp), 1 serving Garlic, 1 tsp
Directions
Shred your chicken , or chop into bite sized pieces
In a saute pan toast your sesame seeds and almonds for 4 min over medium heat making sure not to burn.
Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with nut mixture and Serve in lettuce cups. Or you can use shredded lettuce or cabbage.
