Hidden-Veggie Meatloaf for kids!

Ingredients
1 Cup Kale1 Cup Fresh Spinach1/2 Cup Alfalfa (Broccoli or other) Sprouts1 Cup Tomato Sauce1/2 Fresh Avocado (optional)1/2 Cup Chopped Onion1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs3 Large Egg Whites2 Lb. Ground Meat (Beef and Turkey used in recipe)2 Cup Sliced Carrots2 Cup Sliced PotatoesKetchup (optional)Bar-B-Que Sauce (optional)
Directions
Puree veggies: Kale, Spinach, Sprouts and Avocado. Use Tomato Sauce to get everything moving.

Meat Mixture: Mix Onion, Bell Pepper, Bread Crumbs, Egg Whites and Meat together in a large bowl.

Mix Puree veggies in with meat mixture. Form meat mixture into a loaf and place into slow cooker/crockpot. Place potatoes around meat and place carrots on top of potatoes around meat.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
