Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g), 1 servingOld El Paso Hard Corn Taco Shell (3 Shells), .333 servingChicken Thigh, .25 thigh, bone and skin removedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1.5 leafBeans, black, .33 cupLawry's Taco Seasoning, 1/8 tsp
Directions
grind chicken, fry in pan add seasoning. add canned beans and boil till all is hot.

Serve with fresh salsa
