Shrimp and Scallops in White Wine Sauce

680 grams of frozen mixed shrimp and scallops1 clove garlic5 tsp light margarine4 tsp enriched flour1 cup skim milk4 tsp white wine4 tsp grated Parmesan CheeseDash nutmegDash salt
In a pan saute shrimp and scallops over medium high heat for approx 3 minutes. Remove from pan. In same pan, add 1 tsp margarine and brown garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add shrimp mix back to pan and saute 2 min longer.
In small saucepan, heat remaining 4 tsp margarine over medium heat; add flour and mix. Gradually add milk, wine, and Parmesan and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened. Add salt and nutmeg. Combine shrimp mix with sauce and stir.
