Lemon Beef with Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
1 cup Lemon Juice (to taste)1 cup Diced mushrooms4oz thinly sliced steak cut in to 1in by 2in pieces1 tsp of freshly grated ginger root1 tsp of coconut oil1.5 cups cooked orgamic jasimen rice1 green onion liced into .25inch pieces (on the bias if you choose)Soy and Fish sauce to taste (make sure add seperatly not included in nutritional information for this recipe)
Directions
Using a medium sauce pan boil water and get your rice started as specified on the rice packaging. Dice mushrooms and grate the ginger. Slice the onion and beef.
Using a medium saute pan, heat the cocnut oil over medium high heat. Add musshroms, beef, and ginger. Cook about 5 minutes, add lemon juice and green onion. Cook another 3 minutes, cover, reduce heat to warm.
Serve meat and juice over rice in a bowl.
