Egg Salad

Ingredients
Dozen hardboiled eggs2 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo1 tbsp Dijon mustardS&P to taste
Directions
Remove egg yolks from half the eggs and reserve for another use or discard.
Mash all the whole eggs and egg whites together.
Mix in mayo and mustard.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
