Seafood Bake

Ingredients
10 to 12 small scallops16 oz imitation lobster or crab1 cup fat free milk2 tbsp flour1 cup diced celery1 cup diced onion2 cloves minced garlic2 tbsp fat free margarine2 tbsp french fried onions
Directions
Preheat toaster oven to 300 degrees.
Melt margarine in pan and saute celery, onions and garlic until just tender. Stir in flour until thick, then add milk and stir until blended. Add cheese and stir until melted and mixture thickens. Add seafood and blend well. Spray two individual size casserole dishes with non stick spray and divide mixture between the two. Top with 1 tbsp of french fried onions each. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
