Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1 tbsp butter - unsalted2 cloves garlic diced1 small onion diced2 cups water2 servings frozen green beans2 servings frozen corn1 medium carrot diced
Directions
lightly brown rice, onion, & garlic in butter.

add water, carrots, corn, & rice, bring to a boil
then reduce to simmer & cook until rice is done (about 20-25 min)
