Sausage,Sweet Potato, & Chickpea Breakfast

Ingredients
Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage (loose)- 8 oz1 Sweet Onion chopped1 Green Bell Pepper chopped1/2 cup Salsa1 Can Chickpeas- 15.5 oz or 1.75 cups1 Sweet Sweet Potato- bakedSeason with cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne to taste.
Directions
Cook sausage, onions, and peppers together over medium heat in a medium skillet until sausage is browned and onions are translucent.

Add salsa. Drain chickpeas ad add to skillet; continue to simmer. Add cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne.

Dice sweet potato and toss into pan (including skin!).

Mix together. Adjust seasoning.
