Ingredients
Canned Black BeansCanned Pinto BeansRaw Baby CarrotsFresh OnionSalsaRotisserie ChickenWater or Chicken StockGarlicRed Peppers
Directions
This is the simplest soup to make. Rinse your beans in water and add to your soup pot. Cut up your baby carrots, diced or sliced is fine. Chop up your onion and red peppers. Mince your garlic if you are using whole cloves. Add all your ingredients to your soup pot add water and salsa. Bring to a slow boil, then let simmer for a couple of hours until carrots are cooked.
