Pork & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Cubed lean pork1 Package of Frozen Mixed Vegetables1- can of low sodium Cream of Celery soup1- Package of Whole Grain Rice-A-Roni (chicken herb)
Directions
Prepare Rice a Roni as directed.

Braise pork cubes. Add mixed veggies. Add can of cream of celery soup and 1/2-1 can of water per taste. Cook until pork is done. Pour pork and veggies over rice and mix together. (Optional - Sprinkle cheese of your choice on top). Bake 5 min. more.

Makes approx. 5 large servings or 6-7 small servings.
