Savory Sauteed Spinach

1 T olive oil1 small onion, thinly sliced1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced1 large tomato, chopped2 T Lawry's Italian Steak Marinade with Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil1 t Lawry's Seasoned Salt1 pkg (10 oz) baby spinach leaves
In a deep, 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook onion with red pepper, stirring occasionally for 6 minutes or until very tender.
Add Tomato, Lawry's Italian Steak Marinade with Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil and seasoned salt and cook, stirring occasionally, just until spinach is wilted.
Serve, if desired, with grilled chicken or steak, marinated with additional marinade.
