Tuna Burger

Ingredients
1 can (4.5 oz) canned in water tuna, drained2 tbsp chopped or dried onion1 egg1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (I use crushed pork rinds with a little TVP instead)1/2 tsp pepper2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl in order presented, except for the olive oil
2. Form into tow patties and fry with 2 tbsp olive oil for 4 mins per side
3. Serve
