Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 frozen chicken breasts1/2 cup teriyaki souce1/4 cup soy sauce1 can pineapple chunks, drain half the juice outCrushed red pepper flakes 1 glove garlic, minced
Directions
Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray ad add chicken breasts. Pour soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and pineapple chunks over the chicken. Sprinle as many red perrer flakes on top and garlic as desired. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. Shred chick with two forks in the crock pot and serve over rice.
