Honeyville Blanched Almond FlourPysillium Husk PowderBaking PowderSaltMid's Pizza Sauce
Pizza sauce (Or water) needs to be simmering hot.
Use a handheld mixer to blend Almond Flour, Psyllium husk powder (must be blended into powder), baking powder and salt.
Add eggs and blend with hand held mixer until gooey and combined.
Add VERY VERY HOT liquid sauce or water and mix with handheld mixer VERY VERY QUICKLY until combined about 1 full minute.
Scoop onto sheet pan lined with parchment or foil and sprayed with nonstick spray or coconut oil.
375 For 60-65 minutes.
Serving Size: 8 Large buns (With #8 Scoop)
