Low fat Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 Betty Crocker super moist Devil's food cake mix - dry3 Lg Eggs1 1/3 C water1 1/2 C of grated zucchini
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Spray cups in cupcake pan with Kroger's Canola cooking spray (0 calories for 1/4th of a second spray per each cup)

Line cup cake pan with cup cake liners

Beat cake mix, water, eggs and zucchini on low for 30 seconds, then on meduim speed for 2 minutes.

Fill each cupcake liner half full and bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool.

***Optional: Frost with 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Cool Whip Chocolate, Vanilla or Cream cheese frosting.

(These will add an additional 15-30 calories per cupcake)
