4 boneless pork chops, whole wheat wide noodles, 1 can cream of chicken (with Herbs) soup, 1 can water
Put can of soup, 1 can water & chops into crockpot on low for 8 hours. I hour prior to dinner, add the noodles to the pot and make sure they are covered. Serve with veggies. Yummy healthy comfort food.
