Penna Pasta Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
4oz penne pasta (or corkscrew, etc.)3oz grape tomatoes, cut75g black olives (10 of the ones I was using)1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed in the microwave (ca. 1 minute)1/2 cup shredded carrot3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
1. Cook pasta al dente according to instructions (about 9 minutes of boiling); drain and run under cool water.

2. Combine pasta and vegetables; toss.

3. In a small bowl whisk together vinaigrette and mustard. Add to salad and mix.

4. Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve.
