1 Can Red Kidney Beans 540ml1 Can White Kidney Beans 540ml1 Can Organic Tomato Sauce 398ml1/2 Can Water1 Can Corn 341ml1 Can Diced Tomatoes 796ml1 White Onion, Diced3 Cloves Garlic, Diced1 T. Olive Oil3 T. Chili Powder1 T. Parsley2 T. Rosted Garlic & Red Bell Pepper Spice Blend1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced1.5 C. White Button Mushrooms, Sliced
Prepare Vegetables. Open Cans. Add to slow cooker. Chop onion and garlic and sautee with olive oil in a pan until tender. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, put on high for 4 hrs. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.
